Executive, People & Culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and adhering to the People & Culture Policy for the company.
- Maintain records for each employee including documentation of hiring, promotion, increment and bonus etc.
- Preparing reports and analytics about employees and culture.
- Reporting to the management about relevant issues.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals.
- Coordinate and report disciplinary actions and ensure required follow ups.
- Assist with the layoff process in accordance to the legal and company guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.
