About the Role:
We are looking for an aspiring Lead Generation Senior Executive to join our team and contribute to our success by conducting market research, conduct prospect outreach and leveraging social selling methods to nurture them to generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to generate an initial prospect list for outreach to generate sales.
- Conduct extensive research on clients and perform meticulous analysis to acquire comprehensive information on promising leads.
- Assist in creating customized outreach messaging strategies to communicate service offerings effectively
- Nurture all prospects and communicate as per their needs to initiate business development proceedings
- Prepare detailed reports on status updates and periodically review performance and strategize improvement areas.
- Â Providing assistance, supervising, and monitoring the team to achieve the daily targeted deliveries.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and sorting to identify trends and patterns.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using Google-suite.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads, and identifying the solution.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Solving complex technical integration solutions and issues.
- Provide assistance with improving work processes and assignment targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational flow for the lead generation team and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required. Applicants must have 2-3 years experience in the same role.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and analytics skills to be able to guide prospects through the lead generation process
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Negotiable. Range 25000 - 35000 BDT. Salary can be exceeded more than the range mentioned which depends on experience.
