Magpie Nest is a UK and USA-based real estate company with a rapidly growing back-office support team in Bangladesh. We’re looking for a Client Success Executive to support our US/UK client base with care, professionalism, and clarity. You’ll be the voice of our brand, responsible for handling customer queries, building trust, and making every interaction count.

What You’ll Do:
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with US/UK customers and Suppliers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide real-time support on property management inquiries, complaints, service requests, and tenancy-related questions.
- Log all interactions and updates in internal databases or CRM systems.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Act as a bridge between the US/UK team and operational departments.
- Ensure accurate information delivery and proactive issue resolution.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the US/UK team to relay client requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Keep track of unresolved cases and follow up for closure.
- Prepare regular summaries and updates on client feedback and issues that have been raised.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to inquiries accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Update and maintain records of interactions and service tickets.
- Stay informed about real estate services, tenancy policies, and current updates to provide reliable guidance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or senior officers when necessary.
What You Bring:
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA or equivalent) from a reputed university.
- At least 1 year of experience in client communication & client service.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and call systems.
- Strong communication skills & exposure to the US/UK market will be preferred.

Salary:
Negotiable – competitive within the industry, based on experience and skill set. Range - 25,000-35000 BDT
