Magpie Nest, a UK-based real estate firm, is seeking a Client Success Executive to join its expanding back-office operations in Bangladesh. This specialized role focuses on Block Management, where you will manage the administrative and operational needs of blocks of flats.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for UK leaseholders and service providers, ensuring communal areas and residential buildings are maintained to high standards through proactive communication and coordination.

About the Role:

Magpie Nest is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our UK Block Management portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of residential blocks, handling everything from service charge inquiries to maintenance coordination for communal areas.

What You’ll Do:

 

Block Coordination:

  • Act as the main liaison for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors regarding the management of blocks of flats.

Maintenance Management:

  • Receive and log service requests for communal repairs, coordinate with UK-based suppliers, and follow up to ensure completion.

Client Support:

  • Handle inquiries regarding service charges, building insurance, and tenancy-related matters with empathy and accuracy.

Database Management:

  • Maintain precise records of all block-related interactions and maintenance tickets within the CRM.

Issue Resolution:

  • Mediate between residents and the UK operations team to resolve disputes or complex building issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to inquiries accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Update and maintain records of interactions and service tickets.
  • Stay informed about real estate services, tenancy policies, and current updates to provide reliable guidance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or senior officers when necessary.

What You Bring:

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Education: BSc, BBA, MBA, or an equivalent degree from a reputed university.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in client service. Specific experience in property or block management is a significant advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills in English.
  • Language & Tech: Exceptional command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace, Outlook, AI.
  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who understands the nuances of managing shared residential spaces.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and call systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts to align with UK business hours. Must be punctual.
