RCi Global, a UK-based accountancy and business advisory firm, is looking for a Client Success Executive to become the trusted point of contact for our growing portfolio of UK clients.
This is not a traditional customer service role. You will play a vital part in developing long-term client relationships, understanding business challenges, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

About the Role
As a Client Success Executive, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned UK clients. Your responsibility is to understand each client's needs, listen carefully to their concerns, coordinate internally to deliver solutions, and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
You will work closely with our accountants, payroll specialists, tax professionals, and compliance teams to deliver an outstanding client experience while building trust and long-term relationships.

What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK clients.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Understand each client's business, objectives, and ongoing requirements.
Client Success & Support
- Listen carefully to client concerns and identify the root cause of their issues.
- Provide timely updates and ensure every query is handled professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between clients and internal accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance teams.
- Ensure information flows accurately and efficiently between all stakeholders.
- Keep clients informed throughout every stage of service delivery.
Problem Resolution
- Take ownership of client issues until they are fully resolved.
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while maintaining client confidence.
- Turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history within the CRM.
- Record action items, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Ensure documentation is complete, organised, and up to date.
Client Experience
- Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client journey.
- Build trust through reliability, transparency, and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally.
- Build rapport with clients through active listening and empathy.
- Understand client pain points and work collaboratively toward solutions.
- Coordinate internally to ensure the timely completion of client requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and activities.

- Keep clients informed with clear, accurate, and proactive updates.
- Escalate unresolved or complex matters when necessary.
- Continuously improve client satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring
Education
- BBA, MBA, or an equivalent degree from a reputed university.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Success, Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with UK, Australian, US, or international clients will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in the accounting, finance, professional services, or B2B service industry will be considered an added advantage.
Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicating through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- As a significant portion of our client base consists of UK-based British Bangladeshi clients from Sylhet, candidates who are from Sylhet or are fluent and comfortable communicating in the Sylheti dialect will be given preference. The ability to build rapport naturally in Sylheti will be considered a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, AI tools, and other digital platforms.
