Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage outstanding client accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to resolve outstanding issues or payment discrepancies.
  • Perform regular credit checks and risk assessments on new and existing clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Prepare reports on receivables and overdue accounts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
