Executive, People & Culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and adhering to the People & Culture Policy for the company.
  • Maintain records for each employee including documentation of hiring, promotion, increment and bonus etc.
  • Preparing reports and analytics about employees and culture.
  • Reporting to the management about relevant issues.
  • Oversee employee performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate and report disciplinary actions and ensure required follow ups.
  • Assist with the layoff process in accordance to the legal and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in HRM from a recognized public or private university.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in HR with similar responsibilities
  • Extensive understanding of employment regulation and HR practices
  • Demonstrated experience in keeping HR records, promoting employees and developing employee benefits.
  • Extraordinary communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizing skills.
