Executive, People & Culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and adhering to the People & Culture Policy for the company.
- Maintain records for each employee including documentation of hiring, promotion, increment and bonus etc.
- Preparing reports and analytics about employees and culture.
- Reporting to the management about relevant issues.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals.
- Coordinate and report disciplinary actions and ensure required follow ups.
- Assist with the layoff process in accordance to the legal and company guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in HRM from a recognized public or private university.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in HR with similar responsibilities
- Extensive understanding of employment regulation and HR practices
- Demonstrated experience in keeping HR records, promoting employees and developing employee benefits.
- Extraordinary communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizing skills.
