Executive, Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assist in year-end financial audits and tax filings.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- ACCA/CA/ICMA part qualification is highly desirable.
- 2 Years of minimum experience at CA firm/related fields (UK based accounting firm)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using Xero or QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
