Magpie Nest is a fast-growing holding company with ventures spanning the UK and Bangladesh, including RCi Accountancy, Revolo HR, and several new initiatives in the pipeline. We’re not looking for a typical “sales rep.” We need a proactive Executive / Senior Executive who can design the processes, craft the story, and land the right clients to fuel our next stage of growth. What You’ll Do:

 

Business-Development Infrastructure

  • Architect scalable lead-generation, qualification, and CRM processes (initially in Google Sheets; help us migrate to a full CRM stack soon).
  • Map buyer journeys across Accountancy, HR, and other service verticals; tailor outreach playbooks accordingly.
  • Evaluate and recommend sales-enabling and marketing-automation tools as our needs evolve.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Create an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for all the concerns.
  • Identify and engage prospects in the UK and Bangladesh markets through cold calls, cold outreach, warm outreach,  partnerships, events, and referrals.
  • Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models that address client pain points.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation to signature—while collaborating with Marketing on demand-generation campaigns.
  • Lead client initial cold calling, follow-ups, and appointment setup.
  • Handle client communications and take detailed notes for record-keeping.
  • Call for invoice collections and manage any related customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce timely pipeline, conversion, and revenue-forecast reports for the Group CEO and venture CEOs.
  • Analyze funnel metrics to spot bottlenecks, trends, and new opportunities; recommend data-backed course corrections.
  • Create unorthodox dashboards that turn raw numbers into clear, actionable stories for senior leadership.

Strategic Support

  • Provide insight on market expansion, product-market fit, and competitive positioning.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery teams can exceed client expectations post-sale.
  • Lead or assist on ad-hoc strategic projects that accelerate Magpie Nest’s regional and global growth.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks relevant to the department.

Additional Duties:

  • Handling irate customers with tact and professionalism, ensuring conflict resolution, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Lead generation and setting up meetings for senior representatives, playing a pivotal role in our sales strategy.
  • Feedback call to assess client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.

The primary purpose of this role is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, setting up appointments and meetings for our senior sales representatives. You will play a vital part in driving our revenue growth and helping us achieve our aggressive expansion targets. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain our master prospect database and CRM hygiene standards.
  • Develop & document UK policies, outreach cadences, and client-onboarding checklists.
  • Manage monthly & quarterly revenue forecast and pipeline-health reviews.
  • Present performance updates to the Group CEO, Chairman, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses and embed learnings into future campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, industry, and data-privacy regulations.

What You Bring:

 

Experience & Skills

  • Proven success as a Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition professional—ideally in B2B professional services (accountancy, BPO, or SaaS).
  • A natural relationship builder who excels at capturing and holding the attention of potential clients, acting as the essential link between their needs and solutions.
  • Strong command of sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel); familiarity with modern CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for turning complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, consistently taking ownership of projects and driving them forward with self-motivation and accountability.

Salary

Negotiable - we’ll match (and aim to exceed) industry standards based on your expertise and track record. Range: 25,000-45,000 BDT
