About the Role:

Magpie Nest is seeking a proactive and strategic Market Analyst & Strategic Development professional with hands-on experience in the property preservation & management industry, specifically within the UK market. The ideal candidate will have strong market research skills, a deep understanding of the property preservation and management industry, and a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities and drive business growth. This role requires a leader who can effectively analyze market trends, implement strategic decisions, and leverage this data for business expansion.

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Analysis:

• • Conduct detailed market research to assess the scope for penetration in the UK property preservation and management market.
  • Analyze trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide insightful market reports to support the decision-making process for business development.

Strategic Development:

• Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for business expansion within the UK property sector.
• Evaluate potential risks and market challenges, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate them.
• Lead initiatives that align with company goals, ensuring the company's competitive advantage in the UK property preservation and management market.
• Implement strategic decisions to ensure business plans are effectively executed and market penetration is achieved.

Leadership & Project Management:

• Proactively manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects that support business growth.
• Drive leadership within the department, ensuring efficient communication and timely execution of strategies.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive market development efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the industry, including property managers, preservation experts, and market influencers.
• Prepare and present regular reports on market conditions, competitor activity, and project outcomes to senior leadership.

What You Must Have

• Proven experience in the property preservation & management industry, with a focus on the UK market.
• Strong market research and analysis skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in strategic business development.
• Leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and deliver on strategic objectives.
• Strong execution skills to implement strategic decisions and ensure the company’s objectives are achieved.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

What You Bring

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the property preservation and management industry, with significant knowledge of the UK market.
• Prior experience in market research, strategic development, or business development roles.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
